Dawson Companies Aquires a Richmond-Area Icon

Cleveland-based Dawson Companies accounced its acquisition of Tabb, Brockenbrough & Ragland insurance brokerage firm, a staple in Richmond's economy for 130 years. Under the deal, Dawson will receive TB&R's book of business and local headquarters, but its well-known name will remain unchanged. TB&R's current headquarters are located in Henrico County on Dickens Road.
