This prime 100+ acre site is situated in an area nationally recognized as the Short Pump Commercial Area at the intersection of West Broad Street (Route 250) and I-64.

Approved in 2006 as an urban mixed-use district, the project owner Unicorp Development of Florida, has gained approval for a wide range of development opportunities. While Unicorp has contracted some vertical development, opportunities still exist for the construction of two office towers. These towers would be the tallest buildings in Henrico County and provide a unique opportunity to help shape the future skyline of the Short Pump area.
